All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. The breakfast selection in the main hotel restaurant called Lotus was just out of this world, such a comprehensive selection of freshly prepared dishes from worldwide cuisines.
